I'm a 44 year old inventor, entrepreneur, husband and father who has patented a unique product called RoboCup that now on Amazon has over 1,000 product reviews and a 4.6 rating. This past July on Amazon.com, RoboCup was in the top 500 best selling product in all of the Sports and Outdoors category -- which was not an algorithm glitch since the numbers don't lie. The Sports and Outdoors category on Amazon has well over 500,000 active ASINs (products) which includes tennis balls, swim goggles, kids bicycles, Nike shoes and RoboCups. Over the past seven years, I have been obsessed with selling on Amazon and attained the hands on skill set by working closely with Amazon FBA Seller Central (Amazon FBA Fulfillment By Amazon) and Vendor Central ("Ships and Sold by Amazon"). 

I don't outsource any of the consulting work or coaching so you will be working/speaking directly with me. The sessions are split between phone and Skype chat sessions so we can see each other, share screens and virtually work together as if we were side by side. QUALIFICATIONS:
I have Bachelor's in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Claremont Drucker but in reality I learned my most important business skills by patenting, developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling the RoboCup. RoboCup went from an evolving product concept to my full time business and now I want to share my knowledge with other aspiring business owners. What I teach isn't theory but rather based on 20 years of experience.

ADVERTISING ON AMAZON:
Headline Search Ads and Sponsored Ads can be highly effective -- if you know what you are doing. Optimizing your PPC ad campaigns and your product detail pages for SEO is critical. Rather than waste money/time by not having the right campaign settings, learn from my experience and go from 0 to 60 faster than a Tesla. 

EBAY, PAYPAL & SHOPIFY:
eBay , PayPal and Shopify are my other areas of expertise and are part of the eCommerce strategy. Ebay will be ~ 10% of your sales and is useful for SEO for Google searches.  I can set up a Shopify site for your company or show you how to finish your Shopify site.     

OPEN & MANAGE CASES:
Some matters require cases to be opened and can only get fixed by submitting cases to Seller Central which then has an "internal engineer" fix the problem. Putting out the fires occurs from time to time as sales slow down, categories get gated, illegitimate sellers start cannibalizing your listings -- but that does not deter me. I can directly handle these for you and subsequently explain how to handle these cases in the future. If you want faster results from Seller Central, then you need to make their job easier and give them the exactly the info they need - holding them accountable for timeliness. 

WAREHOUSING, FULFILLMENT AND DISTRIBUTION:
RoboCup is run from my laptop at my home-office which keeps the overhead low, saves us time and minimizes headaches. I can offer additional help and free referrals to nationwide 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) "public warehouse" to handle all your warehousing/distribution -- more efficiently and cheaper than you could ever do it. B2B orders for RoboCups are shipped from the same 3PL warehouse to retail chains including Bass Pro and Guitar Center. Amazon is not the only retailer that your business should be molded around. 

SOURCING FROM CHINA:
Sure you can start your sourcing search with Alibaba, but how will you be sure that you are buying at the right quality and the right price? If the Alibaba or AliExpress seller knows that you are based in the US, they will quote you a much higher price vs. if they are communicating with a Shanghai based sourcing office. So avoid getting ripped off and I will be glad to refer you to our Shanghai sourcing team which also handles Quality Control inspections before your shipment sails from China. I have traveled to China over a dozen times in my life but now my team handles all the matters in China. The Shanghai sourcing director worked as a senior buyer for Home Depot, Grainger and other large US based firms. 

GRAPHIC DESIGN:
RoboCup uses an affordable and talented graphic designer for all our marketing projects. She is based in the Philippines and works while we sleep which is ideal because you wake up the next morning with the completed work in your email in box. 

3D SOLIDWORDS CAD/CAM DESIGN:
I work closely with a very talented local engineer based in CA for all my new products. I will be glad to refer you to my trusted engineer that can 3D model and test your product ideas before you start investing capital in your product.
